We at DRILLS try to process your order as quickly as possible and send you your products. Unless otherwise communicated, our products are in stock and ready for dispatch. Shipping takes 1-5 working days. Delivery within Germany takes 2-10 working days. The delivery period begins on the working day after the transfer to the bank responsible for the transfer. For all other payment methods, the period begins on the working day after the contract is concluded.

Sobald die Rücksendung bestätigt ist, erhältst du per E-Mail ein Versandetikett, das du ausdrucken und an dein Paket befestigen musst.

Nachdem wir deine Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, erstatten wir dir den Kaufbetrag abzüglich der Rücksendekosten auf die ursprünglich verwendete Zahlungsmethode. Dieser Prozess kann je nach Zahlungsmethode bis zu 10 Tage dauern. Bewahre den Einlieferungsbeleg gut auf, bis du die Bestätigung der Rücksendung erhalten hast.

Yes. When purchasing the gift card, select "I would like to send this as a gift". Here you can enter the recipient's email address and a personal greeting message. We will send this directly to the recipient.
