Does a product not fit properly or does it not meet your expectations? No problem, you have 14 days after delivery of your order to return the items.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a simple and uncomplicated way to return your items.

• Please make sure that the items you wish to return are in perfect condition and without signs of use.
• Do not remove any labels as we are unable to accept returns of items without labels.
• Dirty or worn clothing cannot be returned.

1. Register a return: Register your return within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do this, go to our returns portal and enter your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive a shipping label: After your return is confirmed, you will receive a shipping label via email. Print this and attach it securely to your package.
3. Send the package: Drop off the package at the nearest DHL branch. Keep the delivery receipt safe until we have confirmed the return.
4. Get a refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount minus return shipping costs to the original payment method used. This may take up to 14 days, depending on the payment method.
