As soon as you have found your new favorite piece, it is important to us that you have it with you as quickly as possible. After successful receipt of payment, your order will be processed and your package will be shipped. We send all our packages with the transport company DHL.

We at DRILLS try to process your order and send you your products as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise communicated, our products are in stock and ready for dispatch. Shipping takes 1-5 working days. Delivery within Germany takes 2-10 working days. Orders received by 4 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day. The delivery period begins on the working day after the transfer to the bank responsible for the transfer and, for all other payment methods, on the working day after the contract is concluded. Please note: We have no influence on the speed of the postal service provider and cannot guarantee delivery times. However, we do our best to keep them as short as possible.

For deliveries within Germany and Austria, shipping costs are waived for orders over €60.00.

Customs fees may be charged in certain countries (for example Switzerland). These may vary depending on the type and value of the goods. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office. Customs fees must be borne by the customer.
